The Story so Far…
H1 Finance was formed in 2018 by its founder Hywel Williams. Having previously worked for, and supported, a portfolio of growing businesses as part of Clarius Finance since 2011, Hywel set up H1 Finance to provide SME businesses with outsourced financial consultancy services.
Focussing on systems, management reporting and forecasting, the business quickly grew and built a reputation for a proactive, personalised service. The client base and team expanded, and our range of services has expanded to cover that of a full finance function. We offer a tailored service to each client, to meet their exact requirements and offer a flexible solution at a fraction of the cost of having full-time employees.

We always seek to use the best tools and specialise in Xero software. We are a Silver Partner and experienced in using Xero add-ons to help streamline finance functions throughout our client base. We are massive advocates of Excel and leveraging add-ons such as Power Query and PowerBI to bring data to life and elevate reporting to the next level.
The business has grown to a team of 5 people working from our Cardiff offices. We are proud to work with a number of local, startup businesses as well as more established clients throughout the UK.
